Californian Leather Goods will make the best effort to ship your item in a timely manner.  In the rare occasions where delays may happen, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time

Returns:  Purchases may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, goods must be in the same BRAND NEW, not used condition with tags attached.  A $9.50 restocking fee will be assesed to all returns to cover the shipping and packaging costs of processing your original order.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund on merchandise that may appear used or if the return time limit has lapsed.  If the item is refused and must be returned, the customer assumes all cost of shipping the item back.
